Happiest with the quality of the furniture, its mass/weight and the tightness of the joints – I am an amateur woodworker and I can appreciate the craftsmanship. Obtained unfinnished product to allow match with existing cabinetry. The shipper was very good as well – excellent packaging protected the product from shipping damage. Supportive staff, fair estimates regarding shipping, could have been a better estimate of production time however but that was not a problem as we were not on a tight schedule.
